I have many happy memories of Jon but not lots of pictures, these 2 are from his 80th when we all got on a boat at Beale park and sailed to the Beetle and wedge.
I always remember Jon slipping cash to the children whenever he saw them, he always had enough notes for them all my children included. His ever faithful ebony was always close by in those days.
He was a lovely man and I'm so glad we had the opportunity of a family Christmas with him and the family in Australia on our visit.
