Jeff, David and Family. I was shocked to come across the notice of Barbara. I wanted to share my heartfelt condolences to you. Many years ago when I had the blessings to be able to know Barbara in my life, I quickly come to learn that she was a beautiful and kind woman of God. She never showed me any judgement whatsoever. She showed a love, that was genuine. Barbara had an infectious way about her, and she always had a positive impact on those whom she came into contact with. For the short time I had known her, many years ago, I had been blessed. I learnt to play Kelly eye at the pool table, after a feed at the Vincentia house and I definately enjoyed the slices. My fondest memory of Barbara is the way she looked over the top of her glasses, with a smile on her face. May you all stay strong together, and always talk of who she was and the impact she made on and in many people's lives so that her grandsons, will always know her. God bless you at this time.

To Jeff, I was very sorry to hear of Barbaras death. Although we did not always see 'eye to eye', I had an enormous amount of respect for her. For years she did a difficult job in very trying cirumstances and yet she could always manage a smile for me. Having lost Rosemary recently, I have some idea of how you feel, Have faith in the Lord who is always with you and remember that she has gone to a better place. With love David Barrott

It is difficult to find the words to express my heartfelt condolences to Jeff and the family. May God grant you peace, guidance and strength now and in the times ahead. Barbara was a true friend to me, a mentor & confidant. I will miss our many phone calls and movie mornings. I will miss her kindness and generosity that she so freely offered. I was blessed to have come to know Barbara after being away from the area for some years. We should all be inspired by Barbara's qualities, character and Godly example as we continue in our Christian journey.
