Hazel’s funeral service will be held in the Chapel
at Shoalhaven Memorial Gardens,
Worrigee Road, Worrigee on Friday, 20th October 2017 at 10.00 am
thence for private burial.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend
in lieu of flowers, donations can be made at the service for the Heart Foundation.
