Passed away at Jamisontown, NSW Formerly of Queanbeyan With great sadness, we share the passing of Elspeth aged 84 Dearly loved mother to Stefanie, Suzy, Josh and Jana and wife to Steven (dec) Mother-in-law to Kylie and Bachar, and grandmother (granny) to Thomas, Claudia, Jasmine and Sophia Rose. She is also mourned by her sisters, Fiona and Philippa, nephew Adam, and her friends. Big-hearted, rock solid and unfalteringly kind, Elspeth had a wicked sense of humour and called a spade a spade. A lover of adventure and nature, books, films, series and art in all its forms, she was a keen gardener and a terrific cook. An enthusiastic, and sometimes loud, sports fan, she was first and foremost a tennis tragic. As a mum and grandma, she was our number one cheerleader and proudest supporter. She always kept calm and carried on, quietly determined and practical, but never let the chance pass to have fun and a good laugh. Elspeth will be missed beyond measure and will always be in our hearts. Funeral service will be held at Christ Church, 29 Rutledge Street, Queanbeyan on Monday 10th November 2025 at 11am.
