I first met Mary in 2019 when my fiancé Terry and I came to Australia to meet his family. I loved her instantly. From the very first moment, she made me feel welcome and safe, like I was already part of the family. Very quickly, she became like my own grandmother and that meant everything to me. Mary had a beautiful kindness about her. You could feel her love just by being near her. I feel so grateful for the time I had with her, even though it was far too short. She will always hold a special place in my heart and I will carry her love with me always. Rest peacefully, Mary. You will never be forgotten. Love always, Arek xxx

Much love to Ann, Carol and Lois, Stasiu, Mark and Rodney, and family on the sad passing of Aunty Mary. Many wonderful memories of times with you all at both the Noorinbee farm and Bomaderry, that I treasure. Always appreciated Aunty Mary's love and care. Fly free now with Uncle Terry. I send my sincerest condolences to Lois, Rod and family and was saddened to hear of Mary’s passing. I met Mary when I was working with Lois and Rod at the BBC and have fond memories of a generous, kind and witty woman who could achieve anything! She was one of those people who leave a positive impression on you. I’m unable to attend the funeral but send my love to all the family. Carolyn Bond

Hi it's Stephen from Anglicare. I was Head of Retail for 12 years and had worked with Mary and the Bomaderry shop team for all that time. I have many fond and special memories of my times with Mary at the shop and even after she "retired" we still kept in touch chatting by phone about what was happening in our lives. I often told Mary that her CWA pikelets with cream and jam were the unrivalled best! She would kindly ensure they were part of our shop meetings! I can still clearly remember Mary's kind voice and am saddened at her passing and yet joyful that she is now safely home with her Lord Jesus Christ! Sorry I won't be able to join you at the funeral as I'll be in Melbourne but shall be praying for you all. God's love shone through Mary till the end! Blessings, Stephen Kuo
