Dear Blake,
I keep thinking about all the times we’d run into each other around town, stopping for a chat like no time had passed. Those little moments meant more to me than I ever said. We always talked about catching up properly one day, and I’m so deeply saddened that we never got that chance. I would have loved to meet your beautiful wife and children and see the life you built.
You truly had the most beautiful heart — so kind, gentle, caring, and full of warmth. You had a way of making people feel good just by being around you, and you always made me laugh. I will forever miss your smile and our chats.
It doesn’t feel real that you’re gone. There are no words that can ease the heartbreak your family must be feeling, but please know how deeply sorry I am. You were so loved, and you will be so deeply missed. You will forever be in my heart.
You left this world far too soon, and it just isn’t fair. I hope you’re at peace now.
