It was indeed a privilege to have known ,& be ( an albeit short term mate ) , of Johns through mutual membership of the Tewantin/ Noosa R.S.L Club . As fellow avid Rugby Union ex players , & lifetime fans , we shared many discussions , & light hearted barbs , my N.Z heritage , & Johns obvious Wallaby support, being the nemesis .. R.I.P.Johnno , I hope the adage of "rugby the game thats played in heaven " , is true , & you continue to enjoy it to the full extent..
