Al, Clinton, Brendan and family,
I had the utmost privilege of working with your lovely Hel for some many years. For a few of those we sat together and I found Hel to be a wonderful workmate. She was so patient with me, helping and teaching me a myriad of stuff I never thought I'd get the hang of. Hel was such a kind and caring soul and this was evident on a daily basis with her interactions with her customers and workmates alike. She was the best sausage roll maker ever! As soon as I saw her orange breville maker in the tearoom I knew we were in for a treat. I loved our movie dates together, we'd have choc top icecreams, such good old fashioned fun. Hel loved her family to bits and was tickled pink with her 3 beautiful granddaughters. I'm so pleased she got to meet beautiful little Ivy and spend time with you all. Rest in peace my beautiful friend. You will be in our hearts forever.
Heartfelt condolences to you all,
Maxine Gernyi.

To Helen's family,
I had the privilege of working with Helen for many years. She was always supportive, helpful, patient and kind. She was an outback country girl who took everything in her stride, very stoic, never complained, and just got on with things, as outback people do. Helen was never flashy or showy, except for her brooches! She wore one every day to work, and they always looked great on her. For morning teas she would bring in her yummy sausage rolls, which would disappear very quickly!
She always said she wished she'd also had a daughter, so was delighted when the grand daughters came along! She was so proud of you all, and loved you all to bits, it was plain to see.
She was the backbone of our work family, and we were lucky to share her with you for so many years. Words can't express how much we will miss her and how saddened we are.
Deepest Condolences,
Donna Borland.

Deepest sympathies to you Alan and the family. I am so sorry for your loss.
There are no words to convey how terrible this is and there are now words enough to convey how you are feeling.
Helen was an amazing women who I felt privileged to have known. So warm, caring and always had a smile on her face. A beautiful sole who unfortunately has left us way to early but her legacy lives on in you Alan and her beautiful family.
While Helen maybe gone from our sight, she is forever in our hearts.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathy.
