Our JJ. One of my dads best mates. Jason played golf with my dad at Nowra Golf Club. I work at the club so I was always serving Jason his 'tooheys old' beers every Saturday. Always had personal talks and always got the best advice from Jason. We miss you dearly, rip.

Working alongside Jason bought a smile to your day, never too busy to help anyone he wore his heart on his sleeve and was always willing to go the extra mile to help out. Our days in the clinic were made brighter by your presence and calm approach to any crisis.
Rest In Peace Jason, our dear friend and colleague. From all the team in the Anaesthetic Department at Shoalhaven District Memorial Hospital.

I worked alongside Jason for a couple of years. He adored his nieces and nephews, sharing stories of their exploits in a very proud uncle way. His laugh was big and loud and infectious. I heard it a couple of weeks ago in the corridor and smiled, there’s Jason I thought. He loved his family and was really proud of you all. He loved Friday afternoon- did a half day Friday and then he was off, hot footing it across the bridge for a well earned beer. Jason, you will be missed xxx

Our chats over the fence, with an occasional beer, will be surely missed along with your wisdom and dry sense of humour. Your presence was always known by your love for life and willingness to help others. We are sad to see you go but proud to say we knew Jason Jay and could call him our friend. Regardless of time, pressures or deadlines Jason always gave you his attention and time.
My thoughts are with his family, he often talked about his nieces and nephews with tenderness and love.
As I cross the bridge I'll remember the big guy and look out for him.

What an absolute legend gone too soon. Jase I have so many fond memories of our blue corridor and ward shenanigans, many laughs, deep and meaningfuls, surfing together after work, swapping boards and talking about surfing for HOURS. You will be missed by so many friends and of course your dear family, especially your nieces and nephews. I hope wherever you are you are enjoying long peeling glassy waves, and your days are filled with laughter, beers, endless test matches and hole-in-ones galore. Rest easy friend. xx
