Gary was my boss for years at Sutherland Council. He was kind and funny and loved to sing. He was one of the stars of our amateur shows and we shared many laughs together. He always had a cheeky twinkle in his eye when he was performing. He even played a fabulous Dame Edna and famously went into the audience and threw a gladioli at the Shire Mayor. He was a one off and just a good bloke who llived with zest and loved his family completely. Heaven better have a barber shop quartet for him to join. Vale Gary, I will never forget you.
