Tom’s funeral service will be held at
St. Patricks Catholic Church, Banksia Street, Sussex Inlet
on Tuesday 4th September 2018 at 11:30am

Followed by a graveside committal at
Shoalhaven Memorial Garden Lawn Cemetery,
Worrigee Road, Worrigee at 1.30pm.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
