Loving uncle to his many nieces and nephews  

Aged 94 years

Jack will be missed by all his family and friends

Jack’s funeral service will be held at The Chapel,
Shoalhaven Memorial Gardens,
Worrigee Road, Worrigee 
Thence for burial in the lawn section 
on Friday 29th March 2019 at 11:00am 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made
at the service for the RSPCA.
