Much loved mother to Cheryl, Raymond and Kevin 

Cherished Grandma to her 8 Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildren

Aged 92 years 

Hazel's funeral service will be held in The Chapel, 

Shoalhaven Memorial Gardens, Worrigee Road, Worrigee 

On Monday 11th November 2019 at 1:00pm
