A very dear friend who had to repair the grass from my excited foot-tapping when playing our tunes. Always ready with a chuckle, a rollie hanging out of the corner of his mouth, and an invitation to a beer, especially a Guinness at Folk Festivals. We lost him there at times too! A proud Kiwi man who never forgot where he came from, a true folkie at heart. He loved Bev, his friends & his family. So long mate, Love Deb
