~Vale Dear Aunty Wendy~
Though your smile is gone forever
and your hand we cannot touch
we remember you as kind and gentle
and the one we loved so much.
We hold you close within our hearts
and there you will remain
To walk and guide us through our lives,
until we meet again.
Love Luke, Fiona, Matthew and Thomas Livingstone

My deepest condolences to the Tuckwell family upon the passing of Wendy. I’ve known the Tuckwell family over many decades. Wendy was a lady. She was so welcoming when ever I was visiting the Tuckwell home. Wendy would engage with people of all ages. Wendy was so proud of her family indeed. She nurtured her children, then her grandchildren and then great grandchildren! What an achievement!
She was proud of her garden, her home and even her cars! I remember the pink EK Holden ( With hotted up mag wheels and personalised WT number plates!) and then later the white Chrysler and how proud she was.
Wendy, you were a lady with style and class! You will be missed terribly but your legacy will live on

Dearest Wendy,
The most beautiful woman, & gorgeous Mum to my best friend Steffie. Our families have been intertwined for well over forty years.
Both my Mum & Wendy were not only proud house wife's & friends. They both looked out for each other & all of us as children.
As school Mum's too, I would often catch a ride home in that wonderful pink EK Holden, with Mrs Tuckwell, as I called her then, behind the wheel. She had so many pretty things crammed into that car. One day, after either a sleep over, or a ride home from school. I noticed a strange light. Wendy informed me by saying, Davey that's my "sexy light". Evidently, she had painted the inside car light with pink nail polish. Well that comment had us kids in stitches. Of course, I don't think any of us at that age knew the true meaning.
So it's with these fond memories, I will always remember, her humour, laughter, friendship & beauty to all, over the years.
With Love from David Bryant

My beautiful mother was the kindest and most generous woman I have known and she was blessed with many gifts, everything she touched turned to gold. The family have precious memories to keep for all time.
Mum loved people and she loved life and we will miss her terribly.
Her illness as awful as it was was only a very small part of her incredible life as she went about spreading happiness and joy wherever she went.
Thank you mummy for everything you have done, your love is priceless and your legacy will live on as you live in our hearts so you are with us always.
I love you and will never forget you. xxx

To the sweetest sister-in-law I could of ever asked for, such a beautiful lady! We had a lot of laughs over the years and shared one or two glasses of bubbles. Your love of not only your own family but mine as well, always asking how everyone was and remembering little things about the children from when they were only toddlers was very special to me, we will always be grateful to have had you in our lives, your grace, kind smile, giving nature will be remembered always. God Bless you and keep you. One very special LADY. Love Rowie & Family.

Wendy was the type of person that constantly put everyone’s needs above her own, the word selfless would barely describe her at all. She possessed an amazing warmth & compassion which was abundantly evident to anyone who knew & loved her.
She adored old classic movies & musicals but not as much as being around her family & those she loved & cared for. Having all these attributes, it only seems natural & fitting that she was also blessed with great wisdom, poise & beauty, clearly a true lady in every sense of the word.
She will be missed beyond words but the love & strength she shared will live on with us, in our hearts & forever in our memories.

Wendy and my relationship was so far from the stereotypical image of mum and son in law. We hit it off from our very first meeting when Shellie introduced us, and always had something very special after that.
I loved to make Wendy laugh with little naughty jokes. Never going too far, always remembering she was a classy lady.
There were never any mother in law fish offered up. In our case I made sure Wendy had the very best of any catch the we were lucky enough to land.
I will always miss my lovely lady.
