Obituary of Simon Brook

Dearly loved fiancee of April.
Much loved by his children, Jack and Holly, mother Patricia, Carolyn,
and brother Michael. Good mate to all. 

Family and  friends are invited to attend a celebration of Simon's life
to be held at Shoalhaven Memorial Gardens, Worrigee Road,
Worrigee on Tuesday 30th April 2019 commencing at 2:00pm

A memorial event will also be held in Sydney during May.
